The Opportunity
The Building Operator will provide operational and technical support as a member of a building operations team in Calgary. The primary objective is to ensure that the assigned building or complex of buildings is managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Perform testing, inspect buildings, and maintain documentation on building condition, drawings, etc.
- Work with contractors to complete repairs, obtain pricing and manage maintenance service agreements on site.
- Be a liaison with contractors for construction projects.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation which may include all buildings in the portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the operations team.
