Building Operations Engineer — Energy & Systems

JLL is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the efficient operations of equipment and building systems in Cebu City. Responsibilities include daily inspections of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

The ideal candidate should ideally hold a degree in engineering and possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English & Filipino are essential.
