Maintenance Mechanical Operator
is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building mechanical systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and other critical hotel infrastructure and equipment’s. This role requires advanced technical knowledge and hands‑on expertise in Appliances, HVAC, mechanical equipment, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort. The technician will support daily operations, emergency response, and long‑term preventative maintenance under the direction of the Assist Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering.
