Building Manager

Looking for someone to lead the organization and manage multi-residential properties.

Responsibilities

• General management and oversight of the property.
• Supervise staff to ensure a superior level of cooperation, service and support to residents.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and ensure Morguard is the preferred landlord of choice.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 2+ years related experience in customer service or similar role.
• Experience with multi‑residential management or customer service management is an asset.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.
• Experience with Fire Life Safety & Building Inspections is an asset.
