Building Manager (PLQ)

Lendlease is Australia’s leading real estate business with international operations. Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) is looking for a Building Manager to oversee high standards of property facilities and services to support the reputation of the property.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Property Manager in building maintenance and ensure smooth operation of the centre, including preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company policies.
• Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure the centre’s M&E meets required efficiency and complies with all local codes and authorities’ regulations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and documents.
• Develop staff and create a strong, efficient operation team.

Requirements

• Familiar with Green Mark Building requirements and ACMV knowledge.
