Role Purpose
The Building Manager is responsible for the maintenance, presentation, and operational readiness of Marcon's income‑producing properties at Dogwood and Hue. At both sites, this role encompasses minor repairs, janitorial support, and vendor access coordination to ensure units remain safe, clean, and well‑maintained.
At Dogwood, the role takes on additional scope, including routine inspections, site maintenance activities, and ensuring the property remains fully functional at all times.
