The Maintenance Technician performs repairs, maintenance, and unit turnovers, ensuring buildings and common areas are well maintained. The role includes responding to service requests, conducting inspections, and supporting contractors while delivering efficient, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests within 72 hours
- Respond to general emergency maintenance calls according to the schedule
- Perform general maintenance, renovation, or touch-ups of vacant units in accordance with agreed quality standards
- Maintain common areas and the building
- Coordinate unit turnover inspections with the customer service team
