Building Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Repair: Service, troubleshoot, and repair production, facility, and specialized bakery equipment.
• System Monitoring: Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical plant devices.
• Utility Support: Help check facility utilities, tools, and support general plant sanitary equipment operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Vocational Diploma, technical course graduate, or equivalent training. A certificate in HVAC is a major advantage.
• Experience: Proven experience repairing and servicing industrial or manufacturing facility machinery.
• Skills: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Willingness to work flexible or shifting schedules.
