Your New RoleAs a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and overall upkeep of a high-end residential property. You will work on both individual units andmon areas, while delivering a high level of service to residents.Your Responsibilities

Respond to emergency maintenance calls according to schedule

Perform general maintenance, renovations, and touch-ups in vacant units in line with quality standards

Maintainmon areas and the building overall

Coordinate unit turnover inspections with the customer service team

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections andplete required reports

Ensure the quality of work performed by contractors

Participate actively in training and demonstrate amitment to continuous learning

Assist with snow removal operations when required
