What You?ll Do
- Supervise and mentor a crew of 5?10 maintenance workers across various commercial sites
- Plan, schedule, and execute installations, maintenance, and repair projects
- Prepare production reports and cost/material estimates
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
- Offer coaching, performance and guidance recommend promotions, raises, or other personnel actions
What You Bring
- Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent
- 1?2 years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields
- Strong organization, oral communication, leadership, and team-player attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, including occasional overtime
- Comfortable in various on?site environments (outdoor, noisy, at heights, dusty conditions)
