Building Maintenance Manager

The Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall maintenance, operations, and security of the company’s facilities, buildings, and retail outlets. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, vendor and contractor management, workplace safety compliance, tenant relations, and facility improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.
