Building Facilities Expert - Operations & Maintenance

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Readiness: Manage the transition from construction to operations, including facility handover and As-Built documentation review.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for building assets, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, Fire Life Safety (FLS), and Vertical Transportation Systems (VHTS).
• Contract Management: Oversee O&M service providers and maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and safety certifications.
• Asset Management: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track asset lifecycle, minimize costs, and maximize the availability of facilities.
• Design & Interface Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams during the design phase to ensure maintainability is integrated into the final build.
