Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects
- Provide technical support and input for project drawings and designs
- Perform cost estimation and prepare project financial projections
- Develop and monitor work schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee construction and engineering processes on-site
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and detailed construction records
