Overview
Job Purpose: Responsible for supervising the mall’s equipment operations to provide the necessary utilities for mall operation. Involves planning and implementing repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems for safe and efficient mall operations. Ensures compliance of the establishment with standards set forth by government agencies and local government units. The function will also act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the mall.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License in related field
- Experience Requirement: 1-2 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management and relevant experience in environmental management; preferably with prior designation as PCO
