Building Construction Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential construction projects, including new-build apartment developments, luxury villas across the Community of Madrid, and comprehensive building renovation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
