Building Consent Officer - Flexible, Growth-Oriented Role

Waimakariri District Council is recruiting Building Consent Officers to process commercial and residential consent applications in line with the Building Act and NZ Building Code. You will work within the BCA QA system, collaborate across departments, and ensure timely, accurate assessments for a range of project types.

The role requires established competency under NCAF, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication with stakeholders.
