As a Building Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
- Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always taken
- Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolve problems, and give feedback to residents
- Ensures full customer satisfaction.
- Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
- Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
- Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents
- Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- A graduate of a BS Tourism or any related course
- 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality
