Building Automation System Operating Technologist (Night Shift) (Quebec City)

SUMMARY

The Building Automation System Operating Technologist is responsible for remotely operating Building Automation Systems (BAS) in BGIS-managed client facilities. You will implement day‑to‑day operator level control changes, review trend data to support troubleshooting efforts, implement changes for energy and operational optimization initiatives, and coordinate corrective actions for complex issues.

Night position – shift hours 7pm–7am EST, 3 days a week. Must be available for shift rotation.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Support: Works with building operators and site managers to identify operational and energy savings in BAS operations. Develops recommendations for BAS system changes and implements approved changes, which may include working with contractors and BAS vendors for programming and remote portal development coordination.
