Building Auditor - Asset Validation & Condition Inspections

About the role.
As a Building Auditor, you will travel to a range of sites across the ACT, collecting data using tablets, 3D imaging cameras or smartphones, on the condition of various education or healthcare facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and record data on the type, location and condition of relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures and building fabrics (cladding, walls, floor coverings, ceilings).
• Provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring data is upload as directed to minimise risk of data loss.
• Capture clear images of defects, hazards, assets, and apply correct condition rating.
• Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
