Budget Controller Coordinator (Xico)

We are looking for an Administrative Controller (Assistant Manager) to lead business planning and financial strategy within the Marketing area, ensuring full budget control, cross‑functional alignment, and data‑driven decision‑making.

• Lead the annual business planning (ABP) process, consolidating inputs from all Marketing areas.
• Manage and control the Marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient execution.
• Monitor budget performance vs. plan, identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Finance, and external agencies to ensure alignment across planning and execution.
• Develop and standardise processes and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision‑making.
