Budget Analyst For Global Recruiting, Diversity

The Global Recruiting, Diversity, and Culture (GRDC) Operations/Budget Analyst reports to the GRDC Operations Leader and provides standard to moderately complex operations support and financial support that is either transactional or analytical.If you are our Budget Analyst, you will have an opportunity to- Manage Global Recruiting, Diversity, and Culture budget and track/report on headcount data.
- Manage and track all spending, forecasting, adjustments, and documentation relating to the GRDC budget.
- Partner with Program Leads to confirm and forecast spending against budget.
- Reconcile GRDC expenses for monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year end.
- Support GRDC Ops Leader in partnering with Finance Lead to provide global monthly accruals, business-funded cross charges, external labor and travel reclass for GRDC.
