Role Purpose

Responsible for delivering sustainable business growth, market outperformance, and execution excellence through strategic brand leadership, medical engagement, commercial management, and team development.

- Define and drive the long-term growth strategy for the Derma business across MENA.
- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
