Responsibilities
- Support the global Organizational & Development team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
- Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
- Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
- Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.
