Brokerage Operations Project Leader

People Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Programme Lead in Singapore to manage end-to-end projects across trade processing, settlements, clearing, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.

You will define scope, objectives and timelines with stakeholders, and develop detailed plans with risk assessments and progress reports. The role requires 5–8 years in brokerage operations or project management, with strong knowledge of equities, fixed income and derivatives.
