We’re looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, handling complex situations and meeting set deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customs declarations, update data, and perform other administrative tasks on a daily basis.
- Process customs documents with official authorities.
- Communicate with internal and external customers via phone or email in at least Spanish and English.
- Handle customer calls, providing information for customs clearance and answering questions about customs procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, mainly Billing and Operations, to deliver high‑quality service to customers.
- Work as part of a team at your site to achieve company goals, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Qualifications
- Vocational Training (FP) is required.
