About the Role
As a Broker Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our national broker engagement strategy, supporting lending enquiries and driving retention across ME, Virgin Money (VMA), and BOQ.
You’ll be the go-to expert for accredited brokers, helping them navigate scenarios, inflight applications, and general queries with precision and care.
Your mission is to build strong, lasting relationships with brokers and aggregators, guiding them to choose and stay with our group through strategic influence and deep product knowledge.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—from Product & Retention to Credit Operations—to deliver a seamless and competitive service experience.
Whether activating low-volume brokers, conducting training workshops, or supporting multi-brand referrals, your role is pivotal in shaping broker loyalty and customer outcomes.
