Brittney looking for a babysitter or nanny in Winnipeg

We are a Christian family of 5, with one cat. We are looking for occasional babysitting of our two oldest kiddos, eventually to include the baby as she gets older. Our kids may be a little shy at first, but once they open up they are quite outgoing. The oldest likes barbies and Salish on YouTube. The youngest really likes crafts and Playdoh.
We are still adjusting to having a newborn, so I am not sure when we will need a babysitter yet, but would like to know we have someone when we need it. I would imagine we would usually need help in the evenings and occasionally during the day on a weekend.
