Communify is seeking an experienced and compassionate Brief Intervention Worker to join our North West Community Hub - Bardon Neighbourhood Centre team.
This rewarding role provides direct support to individuals and families experiencing hardship, crisis or complex life challenges. Working within a community-focused environment, you will deliver brief interventions, information, referrals, advocacy and practical assistance while helping people build resilience and access the support they need.
