Bridges & Structures, Assistant Foreperson - Edmundston, NB

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Foreperson, Bridges & Structures (B&S) to support field operations within the Bridges and Structures group. This position plays a key leadership role in assisting with day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and execution of work activities.

In the absence of the Foreperson, the successful candidate will step into a leadership capacity, overseeing crews, coordinating work protection, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring safe and efficient job execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across the assigned Seniority Territory
• Lead, guide, and support field crews to ensure safe and efficient work execution
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Plan and lay out work activities ahead of the team
• Prepare cost estimates and sketches as required
• Complete administrative duties, including daily work reports and documentation
