Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the breakfast section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Coordinate daily breakfast mise en place and service requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare and present a range of breakfast offerings with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations and service delivery.
- Assist with menu development, recipe refinement, and the introduction of seasonal breakfast offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels within your section and assist with ordering, stock rotation, and waste minimisation initiatives.
