Job Description
- Prepare and bake bread, buns, pastries, and other bakery products.
- Measure, mix, knead, shape, and proof dough according to recipes.
- Operate ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment.
- Monitor baking time and temperature to ensure consistent product quality.
- Check the freshness, appearance, texture, and taste of finished products.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain sufficient stock for daily production.
- Follow production schedules and complete orders on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment, and work areas.
- Comply with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company standards.
- Assist with developing new bakery products when required.
- At least 2 years of relevant bakery experience.
- Knowledge of bread‑making, dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
