About the Job

  • The Brand Marketing Specialist will be a hands-on, agile contributor supporting Blue Bottle Coffee cafés and local marketing initiatives in Hong Kong. Guided by our core brand values, this role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with cafés and cross-functional teams, and is excited to learn by doing.
  • This role will focus primarily on café-led marketing execution, ensuring brand and product initiatives are thoughtfully localized and brought to life across cafés and key customer touchpoints. Working closely with Café Operations, Product, and Creative partners, the Brand Marketing Specialist will support the planning and delivery of locally relevant marketing programs, including in-café assets, café events and activations, experiential moments, and localized digital and social storytelling.
