We are looking for a Channel Brand Manager who can transform customer communications from a delivery function into a strategic growth lever.
The ideal candidate should bring a strong brand management mindset, a deep understanding of customer behavior and expertise in developing customer communication strategies across SMS, Email and Push Notifications. This role requires someone who can go beyond execution-combining business understanding, creativity, data-driven decision making and modern marketing tools to drive customer engagement, product adoption and business growth at scale.
