Job SummaryDrive brand positioning insights work to feed into BPM development.Co-Lead People Journeys development in partnership with Div.marketing directors.Lead communication (traditional & digital) testing and learnings.Work in close partnership with IBE and Red Fuse teams by sharing comms learnings that guide communication development and media planning.Integrate learnings from cultural/social understanding, creative development, ad performance and MMMs (connect the dots) to form a solid posture that impacts comms development and media planning.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDrive Brand Equity/Tracking studies (ie. brand positioning, ownables) to gather learnings that contribute to both communication and brand positioning work.Lead Brand Comms Pre testing & Ad Tracking (Trad. & Digital).
