ABOUT THE ROLE
The Brand Insights Analyst has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high-service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, the Brand Insights Analyst will build and own customer relationships with the support of his manager, acting as a trusted partner for our customers to provide data driven recommendations and support their initiatives to drive their marketing and communication strategy.
What you’ll do:
Be an expert on platform functions and data to become a strategic advisor for clients, continuously driving value and ROI- connecting their goals to outcomes and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customer teams.
