Will be responsible for the overall growth, branding, and operational excellence of FarEastFlora.com.my. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Floristry, while driving innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence and expand retail operations locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, manage, and develop the overall business strategy for FarEastFlora.com.my
- Drive brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative ideas to enhance market presence
- Set departmental KPIs and ensure achievement of business targets
2. Brand Development & Marketing
