Requirements

  • One to five years in brand, content, marketing, or media production. We are open at both ends of the range
  • Demonstrated fluency with LinkedIn as a B2B platform, with a feel for what works in a serious, professional industry
  • Comfort with short-form video as a creative and editorial tool. You do not have to be the editor, but you should be able to brief one, QA a cut, write a hook, and understand pacing for vertical formats
  • Sharp written communication. The ability to draft in a voice that is not your own and hold it consistently across surfaces
  • A demonstrated ability to ship on cadence rather than on inspiration
  • Fluency with the modern AI toolkit for content production and operations
  • (Desirable) Direct experience producing or operating a B2B video podcast
  • (Desirable) Content experience in B2G, government, philanthropy, or otherwise regulated industries
