Brand Education
- Be our brand advocate inside the affiliate, with key distributors and with media partners using great interpersonal skills to trigger enthusiasm for our brand (conduct frequent staff trainings and refreshers, showcasing drink strategy via moments of conviviality, organizing internal events etc)
- Advocate as an Ambassadorial role in the trade, host mentoring/training activities based on activation plan & customer needs
- Assist Brand team on developing assets and tools (Drinking strategy /tasting notes/food pairing/drinking rituals/new drinking experience)
- Identify collaboration opportunities (out of home channel), incl. event sponsorships, IPs, and co-branding partners, etc. Recruit & convert Key influencers and target consumers through trial & brand education, with deep understanding of consumer insights
