Our client PostEx is hiring a Branch Supervisor in Lahore.
Responsibilities
- Supervise overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Monitor and drive sales performance of the branch to achieve assigned targets.
- Manage and guide the Retail Sales Executive(s) for better productivity and results.
- Ensure proper customer handling and maintain service quality standards.
- Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) cash management, including collection, reconciliation, and record keeping.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing, and timely deposit as per company policy.
- Maintain and monitor branch inventory, ensuring proper stock control and reporting.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, cash, operations).
