Responsibilities: Conduct structured debrief meetings with US sales leadership after every key client interaction, campaign, or opportunity review Capture detailed action items, stakeholder expectations, objections, competitive insights, and follow-up dependencies from each discussion Coordinate internally across multiple teams including delivery, presales, marketing, partnerships, legal, finance, and leadership Drive creation and consolidation of required collateral such as capability decks, case studies, solution briefs, pricing inputs, architecture diagrams, and proposal content Track multiple parallel workstreams and ensure ownership clarity across all stakeholders Maintain centralized visibility into opportunity status, pending tasks, deadlines, and decision blockers Handle scheduling and coordination for follow-up meetings, workshops, demos, executive connects, and client reviews Ensure continuity between US sales leadership discussions and offshore execution teams to avoid infor...
