About the Job As the Branch Manager based in Kingston, ON, you will effectively manage branch operations, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide direction, training and coaching to all branch staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee hiring, training and supervision of all personnel
Have P&L responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses and inventory
Consistently ensure a high level of customer service
Ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations
Be a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience; reflect the corporate image
