Branch Manager – Impact Wealth Advisory (IWA)
The Branch Manager is responsible for building, leading, and growing an advisory team under IWA. This role carries full business responsibility (P&L – profit and loss accountability) for recruitment, sales performance, and people development, while supporting IWA's mission of delivering holistic financial advice and positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Consultants
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and quality standards
- Coach and develop team leaders and future managers
- Manage branch performance (P&L – profit and loss accountability)
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Represent IWA in business, corporate, and community initiatives
