Branch manager - poultry operations

Job Description

This role shall be the Poultry/Poultry-Breeder Farming Branch Incharge for a Poultry Breeding or Integration project. The job involves production of Day Old Chicks (DOCs) or Broiler Chicken with standard bio-security protocols and within the standard cost of production. The key stakeholders for the role holder shall be the members in operations spread across Head Office, support functions and within different verticals of the company.

Core Responsibilities

Farm Management and Engagement: Assist in identifying the farms, engaging with the current farmers and help in making the production process more efficient. Build relationship with Farmers and ultimately help the company grow. Sourcing plans: Prepare and execute local sourcing plans and evaluate market conditions.
