This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall branch operations, commercial performance, and team management for our NVOCC business in Selangor, with additional responsibility to oversee and support the Penang branch, ensuring operational alignment, service consistency, and performance targets across both locations.
Candidates should ideally have:
Qualifications
- Solid experience in freight forwarding / NVOCC operations
- Strong knowledge of operations and Malaysian customs procedures
- Experience managing or overseeing multi-branch operations (Port Klang and/or Penang will be an advantage)
- Proven leadership and people management capability
- Commercial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
