About the RoleAs Branch Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for the London branch while supporting project delivery, team development, and regional growth initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and leadership across GEI to ensure strong operational performance and continued collaboration.
Essential Responsibilities & DutiesProvide leadership and operational oversight for the London branch; foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment
Support project delivery by ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations are met
Build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships across the region
Mentor and support employee development across various disciplines and experience levels
Collaborate with other GEI offices to share resources, expertise, and best practices
