Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role

  • Basic bookkeeping skills

  • Valid driver's license and own transport

Job Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise staff. Evaluate staff performance. Checking quality of work done prior to handover.

  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive professional, efficient and friendly customer service. Handling customer complaints and insurance claims.

  • Financial Administration: Monitor daily receipts, manage takings, float and cash flow. Send out monthly accounts, managing debtors’ book and banking. Capturing daily and monthly sales. Produce and submit sales reports monthly. Submission of accounting information to accountants.
