Position Overview
Reporting to the Area Director the Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for the overall running of branch operations within company policy. They shall enforce safety and security regulations, maximize profitability, and maintain customer service standards by developing objectives, policies, budgets/forecasts, and operating plans aligned with corporate goals while upholding security and health & safety standards. The role requires leadership across logistics, scheduling, service delivery, building maintenance, storage, and transportation, with oversight of both salaried and hourly staff (Union and Non-Union).
