Our client is a securities company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Develop and implement the branch’s business plan as approved by the Board of Management.
Manage the staff team: assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate performance.
Develop individual and corporate clients; drive revenue from brokerage, margin and other products and services.
Manage risk and compliance: ensure trading, account opening and margin activities are conducted in accordance with regulations.
Manage costs, monitor business results and prepare periodic reports.
Build a professional working environment and provide training and development for staff.
