Branch Delivery Engineer: Process & Product Lead

Capitec is seeking a Business Engineer to join the Branch Delivery team to drive end-to-end improvements across in-branch digital platforms, notably self-service terminals. You’ll bridge product, process optimisation and stakeholder delivery to enable smoother client journeys.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in Business Engineering or Product Delivery, excellent communication, and a keen eye for process improvement and automation opportunities.
