Branch Banking Officer: Customer Service & Operations

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a General Banking Officer to provide efficient customer service and handle branch banking operations, including account opening, customer queries, and processing non-financial transactions, in strict adherence to banking regulations.

The role covers end‑to‑end branch activities such as asset records, safeguarding cash, reporting, and cross-selling bank products, with responsibility for compliance, reporting to CSM/Head Office as required.
